John Edwards And His Affair With Reille Hunter

When I took vows with my current and only wife, I took those vows seriously. I’ll never have an affair, even if she’s on her deathbed.

Now John Edwards admits to having an affair with Reille Hunter, while his wife suffers terminal cancer. How shameful can someone be. Knowing he’s a public figure, being chased by the media, he does this to his sick wife.

I find it unbelievable that this kind of person can come even close to becoming a presidential candidate! Where has good judgment in America gone? I could read through this pompous ass from the beginning of his campaign. Why couldn’t the rest of you?

I had a neighbor who came down with terminal cancer. As the disease progressed, his wife decided there was no better time than then to start having an affair. She even told him about it. That’s just cruel! He soon committed suicide. The pain of slowly dying and realizing his wife was sleeping around while he suffered was too much to take. So sad!

In 2007, when he was first asked about the affair, John Edwards said, “I’ve been in love with the same woman for 30-plus years and as anybody who’s been around us knows, she’s an extraordinary human being, warm, loving, beautiful, sexy and as good a person as I have ever known. So the story’s just false,”

What a pig. Let us all pray for Elizabeth Edwards! We can end John Edwards‘ political career, but Elizabeth deserves our prayers. I can’t imagine how she feels tonight!
